Sloping roof, tile foundation construction process
- 1. Clean dust, repair the base surface to make it clean and tidy. If there are tiles that are lifted, shifted or damaged, they need to be repositioned. Broken tiles and areas with large gaps should be treated with plastering to make the tiles firm and not loose, and meet the construction conditions.
- 2. Take protective measures, use plastic bags to protect the items on the roof and around, such as skylights, wires, solar panels, cars, etc.
- 3. Roll apply/apply the special primer for polyurea to seal the surface pores of the base, increasing the interlayer bonding force.
- 4. Spray the polyurea elastomer waterproof material as the key layer, focusing on handling the details such as the ridge, side tiles, corners, gutters, parapets, etc.
- 5. Roll apply/apply the special topcoat for polyurea, making it beautiful, weather-resistant, and not changing color.

- 1. Basic treatment: Remove the base slurry layer and expose the hard base surface. Ensure that the foundation reaches a grade of C25 or above, is flat and dry, dust-free, and does not re-sand. If there are honeycombs, rough surfaces, cracks, etc., then use repair materials to repair and level it to ensure durability.
- 2. Polyurea primer application: Apply the polyurea special primer evenly on the foundation to seal the surface's capillary pores, enhance the ground structure, reduce coating defects after spraying, and increase the adhesion between the polyurea putty and cement, concrete ground. Wait until it is fully cured before proceeding to the next step. If there is extensive whitening after application, it needs to be re-applied until the entire ground appears dark brown.
- 3. Polyurea putty application: Apply the matching polyurea special putty evenly on the foundation to increase the ground's flatness, seal the capillary pores that are not visible to the naked eye, and avoid the situation where the sprayed polyurea has pinholes due to ground capillary pores. Wait until it is fully cured before proceeding to the next step.
- 4. Polyurea primer application: Apply the polyurea primer evenly on the cured polyurea putty to effectively increase the adhesion between the sprayed polyurea layer and the polyurea putty.
- 5. Spray polyurea application: Within 24 hours after the primer cures, use professional spraying equipment to evenly spray polyurea. The coating surface should be smooth, without run-off, pinholes, bubbles, or cracking; for local damage or pinholes, manual polyurea repair can be used.
- 6. Polyurea topcoat application: After the polyurea surface dries, apply the polyurea topcoat to prevent aging, discoloration, and enhance the wear resistance of the polyurea coating, protecting the polyurea coating.
