Product Description
- Product appearance: Colorless to light yellow liquid.
- Applicable substrates: Carbon steel, stainless steel, cast iron, titanium alloy, aluminum alloy, copper alloy, ceramics, artificial stone, ceramic fibers, wood, etc.
Note: The coating formulations vary depending on the different substrates. Within a certain range, adjustments can be made based on the type of substrate and the specific application conditions for matching.
- Applicable temperature: Long-term usage temperature -50℃ - 200℃. Note: Products for different substrates may vary. Excellent resistance to thermal shock and thermal cycling.

PRODUCT FEATURES
- 1. Quick drying and easy application: Dries within 10 hours at room temperature. Passed SGS environmental testing. Easy to apply and stable in performance.
- 2. Anti-drawing: After being smeared by an oil-based pen for 24 hours, it can be wiped off with a paper towel. Suitable for removing various oil-based pen marks or graffiti.
- 3. Hydrophobicity: The coating is transparent, smooth and shiny. The hydrophobic angle of the coating can reach approximately 110º, with long-lasting and stable self-cleaning performance.
- 4. High hardness: The coating hardness can reach 6-7H, with good wear resistance.
- 5. Corrosion resistance: Resistant to acids, alkalis, solvents, salt fog, and aging. Suitable for outdoor or high humidity and high temperature conditions.
- 6. Adhesion: The coating has good adhesion to the substrate, with a bonding strength greater than 4MPa.
- 7. Insulation: Nano inorganic composite coating, with good electrical insulation performance, insulation resistance greater than 200MΩ.
- 8. Flame retardancy: The coating itself is non-flammable, and it has certain flame retardant properties.
- 9. Thermal shock resistance: The coating can withstand high-temperature and cold-heat cycles, with good thermal shock resistance.
USAGE METHOD
1. Preparations before coating
Base material cleaning: degreasing and rust removal, surface roughening by sandblasting, sandblasting at Sa2.5 level or above. The best effect is achieved with sand particles of 46 mesh (white corundum).
Coating tools: clean and dry, without water or other substances, as they can affect the coating performance and even cause the coating to be ruined.
2. Coating method
Spraying: at room temperature, the recommended spraying thickness is around 15-30 microns. The specific thickness depends on the actual construction. Clean the workpiece after sandblasting with absolute ethanol, and dry it with compressed air. Then, start spraying. After spraying, clean the spray gun with ethanol as soon as possible. Otherwise, the gun nozzle will be blocked, causing the gun to be ruined.
3. Coating tools
Coating tools: spray gun (caliber 1.0), a small-diameter spray gun has better atomization effect and better spraying results. A compressor and an air filter need to be equipped.
4. Coating treatment
It can naturally cure. It can be placed for more than 12 hours (the surface dries within 10 minutes, it dries completely within 24 hours, and ceramicizes within 7 days). Or it can be placed in an oven to dry naturally for 30 minutes, and then baked at 100 degrees for 30 minutes to quickly cure.
Note:
1. During the construction process, the coating must not come into contact with water; otherwise, it will cause the coating to be unusable. It is recommended to use up the coated material as soon as possible after it is poured out.
2. Do not pour out the unused nano-coating from the original packaging back into the original container; otherwise, it may cause the coating in the original container to become unusable.

Product storage
Store in a 5℃ - 30℃ environment, protected from light and sealed. The shelf life is 6 months under these conditions. After opening the container, it is recommended to use it up as soon as possible for better results (the surface energy of nanoparticles is high, the activity is strong, and they are prone to agglomeration. With the assistance of dispersants and surface treatments, the nanoparticles remain stable within a certain period of time).
Special Note:
1. This nano coating is for direct use and cannot be mixed with any other components (especially water). Otherwise, it will seriously affect the efficacy of the nano coating and may even cause it to deteriorate rapidly.
2. Operator protection: The same as for ordinary coating construction, during the coating process, stay away from open flames, electric arcs, and electric sparks. Refer to the MSDS report of this product for specific details.
