It is more flat than the commonly used epoxy self-leveling floor paint, and through the color matching of the internal colored sand, it achieves a perfect effect together with the floor color.

Product Features

construction technology

1. Waterproof treatment: The floor surface at the bottom layer must have undergone waterproof treatment;
2. Base treatment: Perform sanding, repair, cleaning, and dust removal. The result should be clean, dry, and flat;
3. Epoxy primer: Select the epoxy primer according to the condition of the floor and apply it by rolling or scraping to enhance the surface adhesion;
4. Epoxy mortar layer: Mix the special intermediate coating DM201S of epoxy mortar with an appropriate amount of quartz sand, and apply it evenly with a trowel;
5. Epoxy putty layer: Apply several layers as needed, with the requirement of achieving a smooth surface without holes, no knife marks, and no sanding marks;
6. Epoxy colored self-leveling floor paint: Use the Dimeri epoxy colored self-leveling floor paint DM402 and add colored sand. Mix well and then apply with a trowel. After completion, the overall floor has rich texture and uniform color;
7. Product protection: People can walk on it 24 hours later, and it can be re-pressed 72 hours later (25℃ as the standard, the protection time for low temperatures needs to be appropriately extended).
