Epoxy self-leveling colored sand floor is an upgraded version of the traditional colored sand floor. It is a high-end clean floor with excellent decoration and high aesthetic appeal. Compared to the traditional colored sand floor, it has significantly improved in terms of floor wear resistance, Shore hardness, flatness, and aesthetic appearance. The epoxy colored sand self-leveling product, through formula optimization, can reach a hardness of 8H, with high hardness that can resist frequent friction and impact.
The self-leveling colored sand floor has made revolutionary adjustments to both the product characteristics and the construction process. The entire process is transparent and simple, effectively avoiding problems such as insufficient sand pressing, insufficient grouting, and cracking. In terms of the floor's wear resistance, Shore hardness, flatness, and appearance, it has reached a higher level.

Product construction
Construction process:
- ① Waterproof treatment: The floor of the first floor must have undergone waterproof treatment;
- ② Surface preparation: Polish, repair and dust off the existing surface according to its condition;
- ③ Epoxy primer: Apply one coat of epoxy primer with strong permeability and adhesion to enhance the surface adhesion;
- ④ Epoxy mortar: Mix epoxy resin with an appropriate amount of quartz sand and apply it evenly with a trowel;
- ⑤ Epoxy batch coating: Apply several layers as needed, ensuring a smooth surface without holes, trowel marks or sanding marks;
- ⑥ Colored sand topcoat: Apply one coat of self-leveling colored sand topcoat evenly; after completion, the entire floor should be shiny, uniform in color, and free of hollowing;
- ⑦ Construction completion: People can walk on it after 24 hours, and it can be re-pressed after 72 hours. (25℃ is the standard, the opening time at low temperatures needs to be appropriately extended).
