- Cost and maintenance:
The unit price is higher than that of ordinary floor paints, and if there are local damages later, it is difficult to repair. Usually, a full renovation is required;
- Physical weaknesses:
It is not resistant to high temperatures (>80℃ will soften), sharp and hard objects can scratch it, and if the underground moisture is not properly handled, it will bulge.
