Silicone Water Repellent Agent
Silicone water repellent agent is composed of a highly active silane/siloxane as its core component. It is a penetrating inorganic substrate waterproofing protection material. Through chemical bonding, a stable hydrophobic layer is formed on the inner wall of the substrate's micropores, achieving the effect of a lotus leaf, waterproof and breathable, no clogging of pores, and long-term protection. It is suitable for porous inorganic substrates such as concrete, mortar, stone, brick, gypsum, etc., and is widely used in building exteriors, underground projects, bridges, cultural relic restoration and other scenarios.

- Construction Key Points
The base surface should be clean, dry, free of oil stains and dust.
Apply 1-2 coats by spraying, rolling or brushing, with an interval of 2-4 hours.
The surface dries at room temperature for 30 minutes and fully cures in 24 hours.
Avoid rain for 24 hours after construction and allow it to cure for 7 days for optimal performance.
